Rehabilitation

Home Assessment
& Modifications
Comprehensive home environment assessments and recommendations.
Our speciality is working with clients to help them maintain their independence and stay as long as possible in their own home. This includes:
- Home environment assessment
- Home modification recommendations (eg. minor modifications such as grab rails and major modifications such as bathroom renovations)
- Equipment recommendations
- Falls prevention education
- Client and carer education and training
Equipment
Assessment and recommendation for equipment across the spectrum of needs including both home and community access requirements.
We may recommend specialised items including:
- Equipment to assist with activities of daily living (eg shower chairs, over toilet frames)
- Complex equipment prescription (eg manual and power drive wheelchairs, hoists and much more)
- Pressure care
- Aids to assist with activities of daily living (eg modified eating utensils, grooming devices)
- Client and carer education and training
Cognition & Dementia
Assessment and intervention to assist in maintaining brain health.
We are able to assist clients to remain safe and independent in their home. This includes
- Cognitive and memory assessment
- Ageing brain programs including preventative age-related cognitive decline, compensatory and remedial cognition and memory programs / therapies

Paediatric Occupational Therapy

Adult Continence Service
Clinical Nurse assessment and plans for continence requirements. This includes:
- Comprehensive assessment of continence issues

Our Speech Pathologists assess, diagnose and treat children and adults experiencing a range of communication challenges. This may include therapy for:
